Plans and pricing: Nexo offers monthly subscription plans as set out on our Pricing page. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorise Nexo to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Trial periods: Where a free trial is offered, your card will not be charged during the trial. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued unless required by the Consumer Protection Act.
Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Late payment: We reserve the right to suspend access to your account if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.
Note on transaction fees: Transaction processing rates are set by our banking partners and are separate from the software subscription fee. Rates may vary based on your bank, card type, and transaction volume. Rates quoted on our website are indicative and subject to final bank approval.

All content on the nexo.app website and within the Nexo platform — including software, text, graphics, logos, icons, and user interface elements — is the property of Nexo Technologies (Pty) Ltd and is protected by South African and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our services for your internal business purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our intellectual property.
Your content: You retain ownership of all data and content you input into the Nexo platform. You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide our services to you.
Your use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal information you upload to the Nexo platform — including customer data — is collected and processed in compliance with POPIA. You indemnify Nexo against any claims arising from your failure to comply with applicable data protection law.
In the event of account termination, we will retain your data for 90 days to allow you to export it, after which it will be securely deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Our services integrate with third-party providers including banks, payment processors, and software tools. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation before commencing formal legal proceedings.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting the updated terms on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
